What can I use instead of brewers yeast?
If you don't have brewer's yeast you can use per tablespoon needed:
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast.
- OR - 1 tablespoon Yeast extract - like Marmite or Vegemite.
- OR - 1 tablespoon miso.
