Each season calls our body to increase our intake of yin or yang foods depending on the climate. For example in summer, to help keep the body cooler we will naturally be drawn to more yin-forming foods such as watermelon, bananas, pineapple, grapefruit, peppermint teas, and more raw, bland foods.
